100º, “Feels like 104º”
Well, that’s what they’re telling us on Weather.com. I took a screen snap as I don’t ever recall it being this hot in New Hampshire!

Reconnecting with old chums through the virtual world
I’m amazed at how many former colleagues and friends I’ve reconnected with over the past few months – on sites like LinkedIn and Facebook. (Granted, I’m one of the older users of Facebook as I can’t seem to find classmates from high school or college on it.)
It’s been wonderful, seeing what folks have been up to, where they’ve lived and worked, and the paths their lives have taken. And then I stumbled upon a girlfriend I knew over 12 years ago while I was researching about Maine arts. And I can’t figure out how to contact her as she’s unlisted and not on the computer as much as I am apparently. She’s living on the coast, is doing some writing, is an artist, and that’s all I can tell based on her piece in the Maine Women’s Journal.
Recently I was contacted by an old boyfriend, and he, my husband and I met up and had a few good laughs.
Thanks to the internet, I guess those connections will be getting easier. And if you’re one of those old chums, send me an e-mail!
