Tree Choppin’ Brunch and Decorating
On Saturday, we got our Christmas tree.
The day started with a group of friends having brunch at Alyssa and Colin’s – yummy french toast, blueberry coffee cake and buckwheat and blueberry pancakes, accompanied by fruit salad. Ray brought his darn-good chai tea and we had a pleasant time.
We then drove up to Nichols’ Tree Farm in Lyme and each chopped our own and had a grand ol’ time doing it! That evening, we invited friends over who aren’t getting a tree this year to help decorate.
